REFUND AND RETURN POLICY:

 


We strive to provide the very best products possible for total customer satisfaction. In the event a customer is not pleased with their purchase, items can be returned for a full refund provided the following rules are taken into consideration:

  • Item must be returned within 30 days of delivery for refund with the exception of Christmas gift purchases which can be returned within the 30 days following Christmas.

 

  • The item should be in unused and undamaged condition. Product in damaged, used or scratched condition will not be applicable for refund.

 

  • A Shipping & Handling charge of $5.00 applies if a product is returned for exchange. Only the cost of the item is refunded in case of return.

 

  • WE DO NOT SELL USED OR REFURBISHED ITEMS. If there is some technical problem with an item that has been used, then please return it to the manufacturer for repair/replacement. Please click this link to see the list of Lighter Manufacturers and their addresses. We cannot be held responsible for used items.

 

  • Refund can not be given for returned engraved items unless engraving is not done according to customer's instructions.

 

  • We require a copy of the order or packing slip to be returned along with a note explaining the reason for return.

 

  • Returned items without the original box and warranty papers will not qualify for refunds.

 

  • If incorrect items are returned (products that do not match items on the order), your order will not qualify for a refund or exchange.
